My Saturdays revolve around this treat. I fell in love with this Ethel’s dessert bar at Eastern Market and if I’m in town, it’s the #1 goal for the day. The kind gentlemen definitely knows what I’m there for and passes no judgement, I appreciate that sir! If cinnamon buns have been stolen from you world due to a gluten allergy, fret no more, these bars are better. I fear the day they are readily available in stores for my hips but the instant happiness will be worth it! I love these way more than the Pecan Dandies. They are so mouth watering deliciously cinnamon which reminds me of the rolls my mom use to make. So yummy and great with coffee. The best dandy yet in my open. But I so love all of the Ethel's dandies and cookies. Thanks for making them Gluten-free.
