Inspired by Grandma Ethel’s pecan pie, this dessert bar is all about our favorite sweet and crunchy nut, the good ole pecan. A 3-layer indulgence, we begin with our signature buttery gluten-free shortbread base, top with our rich, kettle-cooked caramel, then end with the big finish - large, fancy pecan halves.

Chocolate Brownie

Our gluten-free Chocolate Brownies are decadent and delicious because we start with chocolate ganache combined with just enough gluten-free flour to hold it together. Then we stir in fresh eggs, cane sugar, and the highest-quality Madagascar Vanilla and bake them off to their fudgy best.
