Inspired by Grandma Ethel’s pecan pie, this pie bar is all about our favorite sweet and crunchy nut, the good ole pecan. We begin with our signature buttery gluten-free shortbread base, topped with rich, kettle-cooked caramel, and finished with a layer of large, fancy pecan halves.
