What is the shelf life of Ethel’s products?
Our dessert bars and cookies can be stored and enjoyed for up three weeks at room temperature! If you want to keep them for longer, you can refrigerate our treats for up to 2 months or freeze for up to 6 months and thaw at room temp for 2-3 hours to enjoy the perfectly fresh flavor!
Does Ethel’s accept returns or exchanges?
For food safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Customer Service at customerservice@ethels.com
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once you review and submit your order, it will be in “Placed” status and can be canceled or modified until it is processed. Once your order is in “Processed,” payment has been initiated, and your order is in fulfillment. If your order has been processed and you would like to cancel or make changes please contact Customer Service at customerservice@ethels.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.
when can I expect to receive my online order?
Please allow at least 2-3 business days for processing in addition to the expected shipping time estimated at checkout.

Currently, Ethel’s ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, and Hawaii and to the following international locations: Canada.
