Ethel's Lemon Crumble Bars surprised me with how lively the lemon flavor is sharp but not too much. The crumble topping added a satisfying crunch that made it worth grabbing another bar. I love the fact that they’re gluten free and use clean ingredients, too!

This bar comes it a bunch of flavors that I'd like. The lemon flavor that I tried was the perfect blend of sweet and tart, and had a good crumbly texture.

This product was a good gluten free treat. I enjoyed it but it was a little dry. Given that it’s gluten free, I wasn’t surprised. The filling was delicious.

The bars taste like they’re gourmet bars. A nice treat to have occasionally. I like that they’re gluten free. My kids don’t like these “healthy “ bars as much as regular bars. Would buy again occasionally for a treat that’s gluten free and premade.
