What is the shelf life of Ethel’s products?
Our 3ct tubs can be stored and enjoyed for up three weeks at room temperature, or you can freeze any of our treats for up to 6 months and thaw at room temp for 2-3 hours to enjoy the perfectly fresh flavor!
Does Ethel’s accept returns or exchanges?
For food safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Customer Service at email@example.com
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once you review and submit your order, it will be in “Placed” status and can be canceled or modified until it is processed. Once your order is in “Processed,” payment has been initiated, and your order is in fulfillment. If your order has been processed and you would like to cancel or make changes please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Does Ethel’s have a gift packaging option?
Select the gift packaging option at checkout. You will be prompted to add a gift note. If ordering multiple gifts, please place them as separate orders and select the gift packaging for each.
Does Ethel’s offer international shipping?
Currently, Ethel’s ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, and Hawaii and to the following international locations: Canada.
