Enjoy everything you love about a homemade pecan pie in a convenient bar. Inspired by Grandma Ethel’s pecan pie, this treat is all about our favorite sweet and crunchy nut, the good ole pecan. This 3-layer indulgence, begins with our signature buttery gluten-free shortbread base, topped with our rich, kettle-cooked caramel, then ends with the big finish - large, fancy pecan halves.

SHELF LIFE

Ethel's Dessert Bars can be enjoyed for three weeks when stored at room temperature. Alternatively, freeze for up to 6 months and thaw at room temp for 2-3 hours to enjoy the perfectly fresh flavor.

I was so excited that these were in stock. I absolutely loved these bars. When I want a sweet treat and I’m near a Fresh Thyme I will be stopping. The flavor is an explosion in your mouth. The topping has the right amount of crunch and the bars are not too sweet.

My expectations were not high for some reason. Packaging was bland. Portion was small for the price. We brought them to a friends place and everyone loved them. Wish I’d purchased 2!!!

I love pecan pie but I hate the amount of added sugar and bad ingredients that store bought pecan pies contain. I love these because they’re much lower in sugar, the ingredients are better, and on top of it these bars are delicious! You’d never know these were GF. I can’t wait to try the other products! Highly recommend.

The bar was very good. I enjoyed it. But for the price I would not buy it. I purchased pecan dandy. It’s really sweet and good for my taste.

I was excited to try a gluten free dessert and it actually tasted AMAZING! I would purchase these again and also want to try the other flavors.
