Our gluten-free Chocolate Brownies are decadent and delicious because we start with chocolate ganache combined with just enough gluten-free flour to hold it together. Then we stir in fresh eggs, cane sugar, and the highest-quality Madagascar Vanilla and bake them off to their fudgy best.

Semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin or sunflower lecithin, vanilla), cane sugar, butter (sweet cream, salt), eggs, Ethel’s Gluten Free Flour Blend (tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, leavening agent [mono calcium phosphate, tapioca starch, sodium bicarbonate]), bittersweet chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, soy lecithin, vanilla), water, vanilla extract (water, ethyl alcohol, extractives of vanilla beans), coffee.
